Using this site means accepting these terms. It is a community site run by Beer, and is not operated, sponsored or endorsed by Kick or by Shuffle.
Who May Use It
- You must be 18 or over, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher.
- You need a Kick account, and you are responsible for what happens under it.
- One account per person. Running several accounts — to farm pints, or to get extra giveaway entries — is not allowed, and accounts found doing it can lose their pints, be removed from draws, and be banned.
- You are responsible for checking that using this site is legal where you live.
Pints
- Pints are a free points system with no cash value. They are not money, not a deposit, and not a stake. They cannot be bought, sold, cashed out or transferred.
- Pints are earned by taking part in chat while the stream is live, and spent on priority slot requests and giveaway entries.
- Balances may be corrected if they were awarded by a bug, or by abuse such as botting, scripted chat or multiple accounts.
- Pints may be changed or discontinued. If the site closes, pints simply end — there is nothing to redeem.
Slot Requests
- A request is a suggestion, not a promise. Beer decides what gets played and in what order, including priority requests.
- Pints spent on a priority request are refunded if an admin removes it unplayed. They are not refunded once it has been played.
- Requests containing links, abuse or anything inappropriate will be removed.
Giveaways
Giveaways have their own rules, which take precedence for anything relating to entry, drawing and claiming: Giveaway Rules. In short — losing entries are not refunded, prizes must be claimed within the stated window, and every draw can be verified independently.
Behaviour
- Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site.
- Do not automate interaction with it, including scripted chat used to farm pints.
- Do not impersonate Beer, staff, or other viewers.
- Accounts may be suspended or banned for breaking these terms. Where a decision is a judgement call, Beer's decision is final.
Affiliate Disclosure
Links to Shuffle on this site are affiliate links. If you sign up through one, Beer may receive a commission. That costs you nothing, but you should know it before clicking.
Availability
The site is provided as-is. There is no guarantee it will be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and features may change or be removed at any time. Where something goes wrong — a bug, an outage, a mistaken payout — the aim is to put it right, but liability is limited to what the law requires.
Gambling
This site does not accept bets and does not offer gambling. It covers someone else's gameplay and gives away prizes. Gambling can be addictive. Only ever play with money you can afford to lose, and if it stops being fun, stop.
